Authors are kindly requested to consult the Poster Presentation Schedule (available here) to confirm the date of their assigned poster session, as well as the Poster reference and installation and removal times for their poster.
Please note that all posters must be presented in printed (physical) format. Only printed posters will be accepted. Digital displays or electronic poster presentations will not be available.
All posters must be prepared in English.
Each poster board will be identified with the corresponding poster number (poster reference). Authors should install their poster only on the board assigned to their presentation.
Each poster board will be equipped with a hook for hanging the poster. To facilitate both installation and removal, authors are strongly encouraged to print their poster with a hanging cord (string) so that it can be easily hung on the hook. The use of adhesive tape or other fixing materials is discouraged.

Design Recommendations
We recommend using simple and clean fonts, together with illustrations, graphs, and tables to create a poster that is visually appealing and easy to follow. Please ensure that all text and graphics are clearly legible from a minimum distance of 1 meter.
The poster should include the title, authors, affiliations, and the main sections of the work (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions), as appropriate.
Authors are welcome to include QR codes linking to supplementary scientific content, provided that the linked material is relevant to the presented work.
Poster Evaluation and Removal
All accepted posters will be evaluated for conference awards.
Evaluations will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the day of the assigned poster session. Therefore, posters must be installed by 9:00 AM and must remain on display until at least 6:00 PM.
Authors are not required to be present during the evaluation, and no poster presentation or defense will be required. However, posters installed after 9:00 AM or removed before 6:00 PM may not be evaluated and may therefore be ineligible for conference awards.
Posters must be removed between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Any poster remaining on the boards after 7:00 PM will be removed and discarded by the conference organizers.
The conference organizers cannot assume responsibility for posters that are lost, damaged, or not removed by the designated deadline.
